- Business Object Documents (BODs) are xml files used to exchange information between the several Infor business applications and are also a method used to integrate with M3 ERP. Several Infor source systems publish BODs which can be consumed by other systems, to upload data, drill down information, etc.
- Our services include configuration of the needed BODs to interact with M3, according to our customers needs, or even develop new ones, when they are not available as a standard functionality.
- Our custom built BODs can then integrate with ION Workflows (or other Infor OS applications). An example of such would be the need of an approval workflow, for the creation of a Supplier Bank account. As there's no standard BOD for Supplier Bank accounts, we could develop a custom one, allowing the calling of an ION workflow to send an approval task to Finance Dept users.

- Our technical team can bring data from "legacy" systems into M3, from multiple sources, like ODBC compatible systems, or even from an MS Excel worksheet.
- Our services in this chapter include data transforming (if required) and "upload" to Infor M3. For example, customer data, supplier data, item data, bill of material data, work centers, inventory, accounting, etc., or even customer orders, manufacturing orders or purchase orders. It is also possible to provide our customers with an easy way to "download" the same information from M3 to "legacy" or third party systems if needed.
- To facilitate data migration works, we have designed a "proprietary" MS Excel tool which can be easily used by our customers to execute any existing M3 API (standard or custom), and upload or download data into/from Infor M3.

 * notify an user of a goods receipt;
 * block automatically a customer order due to credit limit, and send a notification & approval workflow for Finance Dept.;
 * notify a Customer order responsible that his/her customer order has been allocated sooner than expected, and send a reschedule workflow, to anticipate delivery;
 * block suppliers from being used upon creation and send an approval workflow to Finance Dept.;
